Payment & Shipping Options

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number(s) via email when your order is shipped.  Once your shipment(s) has been scanned by the shipping provider at the local hub, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to track the progress of your shipment.  Below are tracking links for a few of the more popular shipping service providers:

Shipping Problems

While not common, shipping problems can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact the fulfillment partner included in your shipping confirmation email or Contact Us. 

If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and Contact Us. 

If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Sales and Customer Service Representative with Callaway Golf or our fulfillment partners will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).

Note: All “in stock” item orders shipping via UPS Ground shipping, will be shipped within 1-2 business days following credit card authorization and verification.

Note: All “in stock” item orders shipping via UPS Express will ship the same day if placed prior to 11:00 AM GMT. If an “in stock” item express order is placed after 11:00 AM GMT, the order will ship the following business day.

Orders requiring customisation, (specialised grips, shafts, lengths, etc.) will ship via the customer’s selected shipping method AFTER completion of the customisation. Express shipping methods will NOT override custom build timelines.

Any order shipping to a freight forwarding service may be held for up to 72 hours as a fraud prevention measure. We appreciate your patience

Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. Callaway Golf can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.

Express Shipping

All in-stock, non customised, standard orders shipping via UPS Express ordered prior to 11:00 am GMT will ship the same day. Customised orders and orders with items that are currently backordered that are placed shipping via UPS Express will ship via UPS Express upon completion or receipt of backordered items.

In order to change the shipping address on an order, post shipment, (UPS Intercept), please Contact Us

 

Payment Options

At this time we accept payment by Visa & MasterCard.

If we are unable to process payment on your credit card, please ensure the credit card number and expiration date were entered correctly and that the billing name and address exactly match your credit card statement. If any of these are incorrect, it may delay your shipment. You will be notified via email or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout.

Orders Containing Customised Items

All customised items will be charged in full at the time your order is placed.
