He’s been a global golf superstar since he burst onto the scene as a 16-year-old amateur with a thrilling run at the 2009 Open Championship, and now at 20 Matteo Manassero is one of the top players in the game. After a stint as the top ranked amateur in the world and making the cut at Augusta when he was 16, Matteo became the youngest winner in European Tour history at 17 with his victory at the 2010 Castello Masters Costa Azahar.

Matteo has won in each year since then with victories at the 2011 Maybank Malaysian Open, 2012 Barclays Singapore Open, and his finest moment to date at the 2013 BMW PGA Championship, where he won the European Tour’s flagship tournament with a playoff birdie. Surprise, surprise, he’s the youngest ever winner of that event too. Ryder Cups, major wins and legendary performances…they’re all on his radar. It’s going to be a lot of fun having him on Team Callaway!
