Coronavirus (COVID-19) FAQ's

 

Q: Are you still accepting online orders?

Yes, we are still accepting online orders during this time and your payment method will not be charged until the order is ready to ship. Please refer to our rates & delivery terms below for delivery lead times. Due to circumstances that are not within our control, certain orders may experience shipping delays during this time.

Q: What can I do to keep track of the progress of my order?

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. This will include all necessary tracking information so that you can stay up to date with the latest progress of your delivery.

Q: How are Callaway Golf looking after their customers and staff during COVID-19?

In order to help fight the COVID-19 outbreak, we are following all government orders and mandates for your safety as well as that of our employees.

We have taken additional steps to ensure our offices and warehouse are a safe space for our staff to work in by putting the following measures in place:

  • Limited the number of days in the week that our warehouse is operational.
  • Limited the number of staff working at any one time, giving them significantly more distance from each other than the 2-metre minimum.
  • Considered the other members of staff households, particularly any vulnerable groups.
  • Adapted the working environment to help ensure social distancing can be maintained at all times
  • Additional cleaning routines with more frequent cleaning of high traffic areas
  • Providing hand sanitiser and ensuring all our staff are washing their hands on a regular basis & distancing in shared spaces; i.e. break rooms, canteens and smoking areas

We are also working closely with our staff and onsite Health and Safety teams to understand any concerns that they have.

Q: Is it safe to receive parcels?

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 (Coronavirus) from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

All of our warehouse staff and delivery couriers are fully informed of the precautionary safety measures in place to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

Q: Are you still accepting returns?

Yes, we are still accepting returns. However, due to our reduced service during this period, you can expect delays with the delivery and processing of all returns.

Q: Can I receive a refund if my order can’t be delivered?

Yes, we can either refund your order or help you to reschedule the delivery for another time.

Q: How will they deliver my parcel if I am in isolation?

All delivery couriers have been advised to reduce contact with customers. Orders can be requested for safe place delivery (where available).

Brexit FAQ's

 

Q: Are EU customers required to pay import duties or VAT?

A: There are no import duties or additional VAT due on orders purchased through https://eu.callawaygolf.com to regions including; The United Kingdom (Excluding Jersey), Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Spain (Excluding Canary Islands), Italy, Portugal, Finland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia, Estonia, Greece and Lithuania.

Customers shopping from Mainland Europe can shop confidently online, knowing that Callaway Golf Europe have diligently prepared for Britain's exit from the EU and we have ensured that our customers will have no additional import duties or VAT due over and above what is quoted for shipping and VAT on checkout.
Shipments will continue to originate from our UK Distribution Centre in Swindon. Effective 01-01-2021, Callaway Golf Europe will import our products on a daily basis into Germany, paying all import duties and VAT on arrival. For shipments to a final destination in other EU countries, the goods will be on-forwarded immediately after Callaway Golf Europe pays both the duty and import VAT; the goods then being in free circulation within the EU will make their way to the final destination. 

Q: EU Shipping Delays: Updated 11-01-2021

Due to recent Brexit related changes to shipping procedures that came into affect from the 01-01-2021, our courier partner are experiencing industry-wide delays on shipments between UK and the EU of between 5-10 business days. Please bear with us while we work hard to catch up on the current backlog, we hope to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Q: Delays on EU Returns: Updated 05-02-2021

We are experiencing delays on returns made from the EU to the UK of between 15-20 business days. Following the recent Brexit related changes that came into effect on the 01-01-2021, all returns from Europe to the UK will be routed through Germany. We have taken this approach to ensure that there are no import duties or VAT for our EU customers. We expect these longer than usual lead times on our returns to be reduced substantially as the initial delays on EU to UK shipments are resolved in the coming weeks. Please rest assured that our team are closely monitoring all returns and we will work hard to ensure that every return is processed as swiftly as possible once they are received at our distribution center in Swindon, UK.

How are shipping costs calculated?

All shipping costs are calculated on checkout and will be applied to your order automatically based on the service type you select, the country you are located in and the currency in use.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orderable products on our website will indicate the expected shipped in lead time. Once the order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Please refer to our rates & delivery terms above for the expected in transit times.
