With a historic performance on the greens using his Odyssey Toulon Madison Putter and consistency with his Epic Flash Fairway Wood, Callaway Staffer Kevin Na closed out the second Shriners Hospitals for Children Open championship of his career. Check out what he had in the bag in Vegas.
Callaway Staffer Kevin Na rode a historic performance on the greens in Vegas and closed out his fourth PGA TOUR victory of his career. Na’s sudden death victory on Sunday marks the third win in his last thirty starts and second since joining the Callaway Staff in 2019!
Na was on fire with his Odyssey Toulon Madison Putter and set the PGA Tour record for the most feet of putts made in a tournament - at over 588 feet. As expected when making that distance in putts, Na led the field in stroked gained putting, putts per greens in regulation, and strokes gained. This is the same putter model he used to win at Colonial earlier this year. His gamer features flowing bumpers that melt into the back flange. And the deep cross-hatch grooves on the face control sound and feel by channeling vibration, and the small groove inside each diamond pattern is designed to improve the quality of the roll.
The Shriners Open champ stayed aggressive with his Epic Flash Sub Zero Fairway Wood going into par 5s and put himself in position to score going into greens using his Apex Pro irons. With that, Na was clutch around the greens, finishing inside the top 11 in scrambling and sand saves using his Mack Daddy 4 Wedges.
In addition to Na's win with a Callaway Driver, an Epic Flash Sub Zero also won on the LPGA and Japan Tour, making it a 3-win weekend for Callaway Drivers. Callaway continues to be the #1 Driver Brand (by far) across the major worldwide Tours in 2019. This success is led by Epic Flash, which is the #1 Driver model across the Tours this year.
