Ruoning "Ronni" Yin started playing golf at age 10, winning multiple amateur events in China as a junior golfer. She opened her professional career with 3 consecutive wins on the China LPGA Tour, making her the 1st player to accomplish that feat. She earned LPGA Tour status in 2022.
In 2023, Ruoning earned her 1st career LPGA Tour win at the DIO Implant LA Open. Later in the year, she became just the second player from China to win a major championship, capturing the KPMG Women's PGA Championship in only her fourth major appearance. She's already one of the biggest rising stars in women's golf!
